Great property! Modern and updated. Lots of things nearby. Walkable restaurants, stores, etc. Great little town also! Staff and breakfast were great. Plenty of luggage carts. 2 elevators so no waiting. Indoor pool. Just be aware of a pesky $7 parking fee!
The WiFi is strong and reliable, the rooms are clean, modern, quiet and very nice with large TVs and a personal safe in the room. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. My compliments to the management for maintaining fast and reliable internet, it's very important to me. I do appreciate it and I will be back! Thank you!
Stayed here 2 years in a row for the Yeti 100 race. Very clean rooms, clean hotel and excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised that they had Costa coffee, a very popular coffee brand in Europe that I have never seen in the USA before. The hotel is within walking distance to the ball fields with easy access to the Creeper Trail.
My hotel room and all other areas within the hotel were neat and clean, including the sheets and towels. The hotel decor was updated and modern, and the appliances and furniture all looked new. We needed a later checkout, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was clean, tasty and had many options to choose from. IHG's website was user-friendly; booking, checking in, and checking out went smoothly and were easy. The negative is that this location (I'm not sure about other IHGs) charges paying guests for parking, $7.00. Not good.
I’m writing this right after checking in and I’m really impressed. The hotel is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. Before booking, I called to ask about parking for my U-Haul truck and trailer since I was only 15 minutes away. Heather answered and was so helpful. When I arrived, she greeted me right away and made everything easy. The check-in was smooth, and the room is super clean, modern, and feels brand new. I wish this was on my regular route because I’d stay here every time. Big thanks to Heather and the whole team.
Highly recommend! Clean rooms, good breakfast, very helpful staff, and close to the CreeperTrail. Ride toward the ballfields and you can intersect the trail about 4/10 mile from the terminus). Gas and food are nearby with several very good choices for dinner in town; hotel staff recommendations were spot on!
My family had a great stay everything was clean,well maintained, and staff was friendly. My only minor complaint would be how dry the biscuits are for breakfast both mornings. Other then thatnminor thing everything was excellent!
My room was so clean and kept up so well. Absolutely satisfied with my stay. I have to travel back this way in a week and will definitely be staying here.
